I just went for an interview at Sundial and the Construction Project Manager was only concerned with retrieving the names of my colleagues and probing for information on the success of the company I currently work for. I wasn't asked a single question regarding my qualifications. I really hate to generalize but the Project Manager is your typical gossipy European (Italian? Portuguese?) in the construction industry. He REPEATEDLY said "don't worry all the names you've given to me will be kept confidential". So for what purpose were they requested? VERY ODD! I don't want a job at Sundial but I am annoyed I wasted an hour of my time.

Not satisfied at all,Very Bad construction and have no care of customers. Some onsite staff is good but as a builder it is very bad. They handover unfinished home to you and then don’t care. They ask to close on specific date and charge penalties if you don’t close it. When you see your home on inspection you will find that it is not finished. I bought my home in their project and since closing lot of items are still not finished. Recently when I asked my technician to install range hood chimney in the kitchen he shocked me by saying that you don’t have proper duct for it and the exhaust pipe which is provided to you by the builder is only a show piece. I immediately called site office but as expected they didn’t pick calls and in reply to email said they will send people to repair and it would take two days but didn’t respond that how they will compensate for all our inconvenience and extra cost because we are not able to use kitchen , living floor due to dust and service people. Also who will pay for the cleaning and to complete the installation of chimney. incomplete construction handed over to us

I have not encountered a company in my 20 years of experience in business to pay their supplier in more than 90 days for very small jobs. They don't even honor what they promise. No service from Tesla Fire.

They just will rip you off in the closing day. A lot of extra charges will appear on your contract. Very unprofessional people. Owner chicken hides in office when customers have complaines. Never again deal with this company. To all customers when you sing with them contract read with your lower about extra charges.
