If youâ€™re having a home built with this builder and can still get out of your contract RUN and get out of it! The quality of this home is garbage. We didnâ€™t even have permanent occupancy until we were in the house for over a year. The issues with the house are NEVER the responsibility of this builder and the laundry list of issues is longer than I care to post. Oh and the punch list you are to provide within the one year mark - nothing is their fault. Grout falling out of the shower tiles is normal! Blocked sewers because they didnâ€™t connect correctly in the first place, etc! Weâ€™ve built 3 homes and have never had the issues weâ€™ve had with this one.

Soave/Belaggio/Infinity homes are, in my opinion, well below par when it comes to home construction, land development and follow through to completion in all aspects. My sub is 3 years in from the the time the first home was set to be occupied and the last home was occupied last fall, it's still mud and incomplete.

Just finished building with Soave Homes in the Stonebrook neighborhood. The whole process was effortless and the finished home was satisfactory. Would recommend anyone looking to build with Soave to schedule two extra walkthroughs to address any concerns. Tammy is great and was on top of everything! We used the warranty after closing to fix air conditioner and numerous things wrong with the house. We have since sold the home ( re location for new job ) and will be interested to see how the quality holds up over the years.

I am currently a resident at the Enclave at Lyon subdivision. If I could do it all over again, I would NOT purchase a home from this builder. They do not follow through and they do not stand behind their word. Our subdivision is an absolute embarrassment. The builder and the crews leave building material and trash strewn throughout the sub and could care less about the aesthetics of the sub once you buy the house. I would not just walk, but RUN from this builder. They are horrendous.

Very upset at being lied to at a city council meeting and a planning commission meeting by Brian Duggan of Brian Duggan Realtors on behalf of Soave Builders. I was told that putting a fense up at the completion of the building of 3 houses on Farmington Rd which back my home shouldn't be a problem. As I have been repeatedly disregarded by Mr Duggan, I called Mr Soave directly and he has no intention to put up a fense. He doesn't want to ruin the view of the natural setting. Mind you he made his lots barren of trees and due to his houses 5 trees of mine were taken to put up a utility pole to service them. I would stay as far away from both Brian Duggan Reality and Soave builders. The Are Not ethical business. Livonia and the community deserve better. Very Disappointed.
