What a great experience with Infinity Homes! Our home is beautiful and we could not be more happy with it! Joshua and Lindsey from Infinity homes sale team was very helpful and knowledgeable with the process and made everything go easier. The home was built on schedule thanks to the site manager Dennis who was also great to work with. If you are looking to build a solid home that looks amazing then this builder is the one to use!

I love Infinity Homes especially Fairways at Gateway. The prices and lot premiums seem pretty reasonable for our budget. Joe at Fairways at Gateway is very respectful, well-mannered and he answered all of my questions no matter how many times I needed to ask something, he didn't hesitate not one bit. I have always wanted a new construction home ever since I was a kid however, my husband and I won't be able to start the building process until next summer because we still have some things to take care of. Hopefully there will still be lots left at Fairway or Avalon Meadows by the time we are ready to start building. Update....I was just told that the builder has increased the price of the homes $4,000 more dollars which I don't understand why. Then I heard they maybe increasing again by the end of the year. If they keep increasing then my husband and I may have to look elsewhere which I would hate to do because I really love infinity but if the builder keeps going up on prices then I have no choice but to find another builder. Reply to Infinity: I understand you must raise your prices slightly to keep up with inflation. My only concern is that I hope it doesn't get to where my husband and I can't afford it because we are looking to build the Traverse ranch model since my husband has knee problems. However, we are still very much interested of having infinity build our first home in the Romulus area no matter what. Please let me know if the builder plans on opening another subdivision in Romulus.

My family and I have been in our infinity home in the preserves for 2 months now. The home is beautiful and a great quality. I am very happy with the results and options we had. The building experience was fun and exciting from beginning to end. I would recommend if building a home to use infinity homes. The communication I received throughout the process was timely and speedy. -Brendalee Green

My fiance and I just closed on our new home this week and could not be happier. Throughout the process, I highly recommended new construction with Infinity homes to many of my friends that were also considering buying a home. We felt as though Infinity offered a wide selection of home layouts to choose from and constructed them to the same high quality standard as any other builder; all at very reasonable costs!! We looked into other builders and could not afford them. We are very pleased with the final product of our home and would not have changed a thing. Infinity's staff were super helpful and responsive throughout the entire building process and, most importantly, were very honest with us about the different options available and what was best for our home/layout. The sales staff were educated and responsive 24/7 and the site supervisor made sure our home was perfect. The site supervisor cares A LOT about his work and works many hours to make sure the buyer is happy (people like him are hard to find these days). I have already recommended Infinity Homes to many people and will continue to do so. Thanks for all of your hard work Infinity!

Home build quality is fair, but I caution anyone when dealing with the sales team or the developer. The developer is allegedly the owner of Infinity's brother, and a law firm, not likely a development firm. In my home for more than 2 years and the property development is still not complete. BE CAREFUL and thorough.
