Overall good experience with Caliber, there is room for improvement with scheduling, communication and project management. Specifically there were times we asked for something to be done or to be done to our specification and we would get excuses from the PM that it would take too long or it was a messy process. It would be more beneficial for the client to make a decision based on facts and review our options so we could make (and live) with that decision rather than to simply have our ideas shut down on site at point and time. There were also a few items that we had to settle for as opposed to our original spec/requirement but the job in the end was done well and we are really enjoying our new space.

Our experience with this company is very unpleasant . We did some work for them and they did not pay us after 6 months wait claiming that our work was not done professionally. They did not contacted us to show us so we can adjust or correct our work but they chose simply not to pay. This is the first and only company who has an unpaid invoice with us. Thanks for the reply by owner . This is our response : 1- I have to mention that we installed the kitchen and the client was very satisfied. 2- the second time we went in we asked for the client and caliber (jay) to check before finishing the back wall. No one showed up instead we sent pictures as requested by your staff (jay) and he said that should be ok and gave us the go ahead. Otherwise we could have done something different- if somone would come see and advise us. 3- I wish that you guys have a better organization and have someone checked the site for 5 min at least to know what is going on before someone carry on a big job with no pay. 4- if for any reason you decided not to pay another company do not let them wait 4 months after the job was completed to make them aware of your decisions. We have all pictures and communications that proove that we did our part on the second attempt if somone would ask for referrals. Thank you

Caliber renovated 3 bathrooms and kitchen, and added a new closet on my main floor. They did an amazing job and I am very pleased! Any question or concern you might have they are willing to answer and are always available. I would recommend them to anyone. I was so impressed with their professionalism and dedication to making things look right that I am now having them come back to patch and paint the rest of my house. They treat the renovation as if they are working on their own home, which is something that I would expect from a contractor. Amazing company with an amazing team!

As a small business owner in town I needed someone that I can rely on to get my renovations done in a timely fashion without any downtime. Caliber Contracting worked around our busy schedule and met the deadlines as promised. They were also the cleanest workers I've ever encountered with such a great crew. They kept me informed of their progress every step of the way and they continued to work until I was completely satisfied. Thanks for everything! - Jesse
