We paid a thousand bucks to start the process. They completed a rudimentary design I could have done in 5 minutes but in the end we decided to buy a previously built home. I was assured by Rob that he would refund $500. Almost a year later and no refund. Glad we didn't give them any more. I agree with others who have posted. Poor communication and they never reply to the voice mail they hide behind.

I really wish that I would have read these reviews before my company decided to purchase two of Canada Builds homes. I inherited the file and had nothing but issues after about two months into the project. Rob Graham took forever to get back to me and my colleague's over many issues unless it had to do with requesting payment. The whole process was a nightmare, and the worst part about it is we told Rob and Roy that we build at least two houses a year so they could have possibly done business with us for years to come. Lesson learned.... wouldn't recommend Canada Builds to my worst enemy!

Came from Germany to Northamerica 15 years ago and never dealt with a worse company. Their sales dude Rob Graham is a DISASTER.He has ZERO clue how sales work.He doesnt see a need to respond to potential new customers. Good for him its his family’s business. In any other business he would be fired within 48 hours or less. This company wont be around in 2 years from now with this sales force.Thats a sure thing. We now deal with Honomobo.Amazing company and glad to have them in Ontario in 2019. Perfect timing for us to start building.

Great communication throughout the process and a very quality build. Rob and team made us feel comfortable and informed from the discovery phase until they handed over the keys. Definitely would recommend to friends & family. We love our home!

We found Canada Builds after doing research following a few unsuccessful attempts with a local builder and another home manufcaturer. Rob and team really took the time to listen to our needs, understand our concerns and helped us in developing a project/home that worked within our budget and landscape. The process was very straightforward and there was great communication throughout the process. I would recommend Canada Builds and would definately work with them for future builds .
