Builders GB just finished my basement conversion, double storey extension and loft conversion. The finish is amazing and the quality of the products and materials is of a very high spec. I came to know of Builders GB through a friend of mine who is an architect he advised me to use them as they work on many projects with the company he works for. They took care of everything from start to finish including architectural and structural drawings and calculations, planning permissions, building control, soil tests and they helped me with the party wall agreements as well. Hassle free and very well priced.

We're well impressed with the Builders GB team. They recently finished refurbishing and renovating our property in Notting Hill. We went with Builders GB as they are well known around London and they've been around for a long time now. The work involved creating open planned area's to the ground floor of our house. We had several walls taken down and had the place completely changed from the previous layout to accommodate our style of living. To add to it we had an large extension and a new mansard loft conversion built at the same time. Technically the work was challenging as many supports and additional safety measures had to be installed but Builders GB had it all covered with their own structural engineers on site. Their interior designers have just finished off and helped to combined all the separate areas flawlessly with individual themes throughout our house. Well done guys.

The new addition to our family meant that there was only one option which was to get some more additional space from our home in Wandsworth. The old layout was just too out of date, small and cluttered with closed off spaces and not much natural light at all. Our neighbours had used Builders GB last year to update their home with a new pod style loft conversion and a stunning wrap around extension with a glass roof which looks very well designed, futuristic and professionally finished off. We decided to go for the same and in addition we had most of the internal walls removed on the ground floor as well to help bring in more natural light. Builders GB are very helpful and provided all the services that were needed, they also provided architectural, planning and building consultation services at no extra cost to us.

Basement Conversion, Loft Conversion and House Extension. A very good service at a realistic price. The design and build option is really good as they did all the architecture etc and the running around, back and forth from the council offices to get us the planning consents that were required. The workmanship was clean and they completed extremely fast, everything was spot on.

I recently had some work completed by Builders GB and highly recommend them to others as they're fast, friendly and most importantly very tidy. They built my loft conversion and basement conversion exactly to the required specs and timeframes, they also included many items including the kitchen and bathrooms at trade prices.
