This is a great company to work with and the new owners are extremely nice people. Very customer oriented and work hard to make sure all your needs are accommodated.

I have worked with Evergreen Concepts for the past five years installing Sunspace Weathermaster doors and windows. Dealing with Pat, Celine, Roxanne and Bill is a professional pleasure. So nice to see so many happy clients.

Pat, Roxanne, John and Celine have been fantastic in the process of our new build (Northern Oriole). They visited the site, helped us with choosing a Contractor (who has been great to work with) and gave us great guidance and recommendations in the building process. They have always been welcoming, helpful and candid with our questions and things we should know and understand. Thanks very much to everyone for looking after this, we've very much enjoyed your professionalism and your help to build our home away from home. Greg

Evergreen Concepts built a large two storey Garage for us, then a year later a two storey House on a difficult lot(both with foundations). The buildings went very well, were on time and of high quality, and were extremely well built - we have not had any problems. They were easy to work with, knowledgeable, honest and communicated very effectively. Any issues were given high priority, explained to us, and then solved quickly to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Pat, Celine and the rest of the Evergreen Concepts team.

I would have loved to have a house built by these guys but I could never get a straight answer on how much it would cost even after giving them $4000 to get some basic drawings done. These were not engineering drawings and could be used for anything. They were asking for another $10000 to get the full pricing done. All these deposits are not refundable. The price for the kit does not include all the materials required and there was no indication for the cost of assembling this into a house. They claim many hours of designing but this was done a their own model based on an already modified drawing for another customer. Not everything was explained clearly at the beginning and that was very unfortunate. Only the next step is mentioned with how great they are at what they do. Looking at other options, you can find builders that will charge $1000 to get the design phase completed and you will get a price for the house to the penny, assembled on your lot. Other builders will give you clear documentation on what will be there responsibilities and what is for you to do.
