They intentionally took deposits for 1000 units, kept it for over 2 years and then cancelled the project saying they didn't budget properly. It was all planned. Research the company, they don't have financing issues. The purchasers have started a lawsuit. Don't waste your time.

I live in a building these ppl built, it's only 4 years old and falling apart. Costs us tons of money in major repairs and special assessments because of the poor labour and low quality building materials. They also appointed their own property management company who ran the building for 3 years and were well on their way to bankrupting us before we fired them. Looking back at the records, there's LOTS of money unaccounted for and suspicious transactions (ex - paid invoices for work and jobs that were never completed or required). STEER CLEAR OF THEIR FUTURE PROJECTS!!!!

How does a company of 30 years not sure how to budget a three tower, 30+ storey condo buildings? This company. They cancelled 1100 units, because they did not like their profit margins. Terrible developer, terrible reputation. I love how some comments are saying how their other projects are on-time. What condo project is ever on-time? Never Keep trying to push you're so great Liberty, because clearly your name has been smeared all over media and social media....it will continue to be pushed into the mud.

1100 units cancelled. 3 towers cancelled. Not even considering building ONE out of pure GREED. $72,000 downpayment tied down for almost 2 years. Please help us all in boycotting this developer. ***Update: Builder has rezoned the area to build new towers.*** So basically, this billion-dollar developer can't secure financing to build one of the city's largest condo projects so their answer to that is to build another project? Again - please stay away.

Greedy execs making poor decisions. DO NOT invest your hard earned money with a company which has no regard, respect, or consideration for their consumers. Scam. Not only do they screw you over but they also provide no explanation or response to thousands of questions pouring down on them from consumers and city councillors. To the owner of this company... are you really that greedy? That's just sad. And google: stop deleting our reviews they are based in fact and (unfortunately) can be proven.
