Black Pearl Custom Homes was recommended to us through a friend, while we were in the process of choosing a builder for our project. We decided to go with them after comparing their price and contacting few of their references. We made it clear that we had a fixed budget, which we had to stick with. They accommodated our requests and wish list and we are happy with the result. The trades were on time and courteous and were accommodating to our changes and time schedule. The Black Pearl crew were present at all stages to provide supervision, suggestions and design ideas. We are very happy with the addition to our house and also how beautiful and functional our new kitchen and bathrooms are. We highly recommend Black Pearl Custom Homes and would definitely work with them again in the future.

The team at Black Pearl is excellent. They designed a really super home for us, with amazing attention to detail. They were honest and transparent through the whole process. It was actually a lot of fun to design with them. Importantly, the project was on-budget and we got our wish list. Highly recommend.

After interviewing 5 reputable companies in the GTA I decided to put my trust in the Black Pearl team as they showed a great deal of professionalism and knowledge from day one. The scope of renovation included a new kitchen, all bathrooms, flooring, entrance area, new HVAC system, new electrical system and painting of the entire house. Renovation process was challenging but our project manager Vince was supportive, kept our budget in mind at all times and most importantly brought our vision into reality with no shortage in quality. As part of our vision, we wanted to keep certain elements of our old home intact to keep the vintage character alive. The Black Pearl designers helped us achieve this task beautifully. We are super happy with our new home and would not hesitate to recommend Black Pearl to anyone planning a major renovation. Wonderful job guys! Keep up the good work

We've worked with Vince & Sina at Black Pearl for a few years now on 2 major renos (converting a four storey duplex into a single family home & transforming the rest of the lot - small yard, parking at front). I wouldn't hesitate to use them again (and will do when we save enough to re-do the exterior). I've found Vince & Sina to be honest, fair, responsive & very good at over-coming numerous curve balls that cropped up throughout the job. They've also accommodated an ever-changing budget and wish list in a straight, honest manner. Please see posted photos to review quality of work/ finish. We recently purchased a home from Black Pearl. In searching for a new home, we had looked at a lot of homes, and saw nothing that really appealled to us ... but from the minute we entered Black Pearl's house, we just knew that this was a place that we could call home. It was a brand new build, and every aspect of the house showed quality of construction, beautiful design, and fine attention to detail. The floor plan made was amazing, and made wonderful use of the home's space. We have absolutely no complaints about our new home, The principals of Black Pearl were great to deal with, and they stand behind their homes. We feel that we received tremdous value for the home that we purchased, and cannot say enough positive things about about our experience with Black Pearl.
