I’m a real estate agent and my client who purchased a new build in Independence Township has had several issues with Clearview Homes both pre and post close. I also felt their communication was incredibly lacking and although their representative was very nice at first, she sent two purchase agreements out and the first that returned it got the house. That ended up being my client, but he felt incredibly pressured and I had to pull him and his fiancée out of a nice meal on their vacation in Arizona to e-sign their agreement. Clearview and their reps were often incommunicado with me as the realtor during the process, clearly they preferred to leave me out of it, because they wanted one less individual getting on them for their numerous delays and missteps. Ultimately the ‘quick build’ home was completed over 2 months later than scheduled and has left my clients with numerous grading issues that Clearview insists they aren’t responsible for. If you’re looking to purchase a new build, please take my advice: get a realtor to serve as a buyers agent and look out for your best interests, and do your homework on the builder. After this client’s experiences with Clearview it’ll be the last time I sell one of their homes.

I purchased a home from Clearview Homes. The team is very easy to work with and I love the my home. I did find several issues that shouldn’t have passed inspection. They should definitely monitor their business partners. My interior steps and exterior doors need to replaced due poor workmanship. I have to pay out of pocket for someone else’s error. I could not reach anyone at the Clearview office. Customer Service after you purchase a home is awful. Please pay close attention to the steps and doors if you buying a home from this builder.

We built our home with Clearview Homes due to their reputation and quality workmanship. That was the easiest and best decision that we could have made. Clearview Homes is a top-notch company, that far exceeded our expectations. Everyone at Clearview was personable and professional. Each one of them were committed to making the building process as easy as possible. We have been in our home for over a year now and have had no issues. Thank you Clearview Homes for our "Home Sweet Home".

I built a home with Clearview Homes in 2016 and I was amazed at how easy the process was. I was torn between 2 builders and after we compared what items are included with Clearview and walked through a few homes, our decision was easy. We were so happy with Paul our construction Manager and Terri our sales rep, both were very informed and called us every week with an update!!! They answered all of our questions and the quality was perfect! I highly recommend Clearview Homes and hope this review helps.

Had a great experience building our home with Clearview! We love our house and the value was great compared to used homes we were looking at around the area in the same price range. Colette and John were great to work with and allowed us to make a few major changes a few months into the process. We would recommend Clearview to anyone!
