CastleCorp

Beyond the smooth talking sales people and costly ostentatious marketing of other design and build renovation companies (one that made us wait months for a small bathroom renovation because of over-sales) is CastleCorp. They begin the job on time, are affordable and do the job right.

I absolutely love the kitchen renovation CastleCorp provided. The price was right and the customer service was incredible. This company is the go-to renovator for busy professionals like myself who want the job done right and done on time. It's obvious, that even though CastleCorp is a large company, it doesn't spend 60% of its annual budget on marketing and advertising like other firms, and that's reflected in the price. Almost all of the company's business comes from referrals. In fact, that's how I found out about them. Also, they don't unethically prevent you from giving a bad review in the contractual agreement, like other Ottawa design and build renovation companies. So you know this is an honest assessment. What I liked the best about CastleCorp, is that they came to my home to meet with my wife and I on every occasion. Kirk listened us and asked relevant questions so he knew exactly what we wanted without wasting our time. He went back to his design team and came up with some great design ideas, we approved them, and he had tradespeople working on the renovation within a week. The entire job was precisely on time and within budget. What else could we ask for. If you go to the kitchen section of their website at castlecorp.ca, our renovation is near the top of the portfolio. I can honestly say, the CastleCorp team truly cares about its customers and provides that traditional warm-hearted service you don't find too often these days. Everything was done to perfection, Kirk Sturgeon, the proud owner, would have it no other way, and his team of professional tradespeople felt exactly the same. The entire project from start to finish was hassle-free. I know CastleCorp doesn't go out of its way asking customers to publish reviews, because they don't need to, but I thought I would let others know how exceptional this company is outside of the corporate professional circle.
