We were extremely pleased with the exceptional service Waqar Afzal provided us in the selling of our home, right from the initial information package through to closing the sale. We were well informed throughout the entire process, and always ensured that our best interests were being served. We really appreciated all of your support resource recommendations for preparing our home for sale (painter, lawyer, and home maintenance). They all are truly outstanding people. Waqar, we thank you for your professionalism, diligence, and above all else your integrity. Having bought and sold many homes throughout our lives, you are no doubt the best real estate agent we have ever had.

Awesome agent to work with. Very honest and straight forward. Also very accommodating, being a business owner I have very little time to run around for all that paperwork Waqar was super helpful working around my schedule and always coming to me. Loved working with and will do again in the future.

I worked with waqar as a first time home buyer and he really helped to ease a lot of the difficulty in making this purchase. I knew it was the right time to move and where I wanted to go but there's a lot to consider. He helped me find out which factors were most important to me and found real options where I could see myself living. When I finally decided to buy preconstruction in the Canary district he was able to use his relationship with the builder to get an amazing deal with lots included that I hadn't even considered. Waqar really knows his stuff and he has been awesome to work with. Highly recommended Actually, I recommended Waqar to my parents when they were looking to sell our family home and he was really great to work with and made the process really easy. Thanks again Waqar!

I was very interested in purchasing a pre-construction condo, and a friend introduced me to Waqar Afzal. From our first meeting he showed complete professionalism, taking his time explaining the pros and cons of various projects with an unbiased point of view. After I settled on a project i was interested in, Waqar went out of his way to negotiate some extra perks for me, and guided me throughout the entire process. He has always been quick to respond to any concerns, and goes out of his way to ensure that my requests have been fully satisfied.
