I have one of her dogs that is almost 5 months old now and she is the best dog I have ever owned! She is so smart and so easily trained! I highly recommend this breeder 100%

I've read a negative post above and can only say they gave up too soon. Due to primarily outside forces and what seems to be "red tape" throughout the region, there have been several delays. In hindsight, I'm sure some of the frustration would have been avoided if we had better information going in, but all has been done according to the Tarrion agreement. Our interaction with Grant and John has been fine. Here is the thing. Location location location. Just talk to some of the neighbors and it removes any purchase regrets. We are delayed and waiting as patiently as possible. Are we frustrated? Absolutely! If I had any advice at all it would be. Do Not plan your move until your new home is almost ready for you to move in. Expect delays. Just plan for them. From what I have heard from friends this is very common in most areas in Ontario. Phase 3 is just around the corner....

This small new community is the growth of Dover,!! offering links golf course, and restaurant with great lake view and future medical ,grocery shopping,seniors retirement home. Fantastic place to buy a home.

Awesome. The deveopment is the reality of a great vision. The house designs are devine. Great people to deal with. The neighbours are active, friendly & engaged. Looking forward to joining them soon.
