HORRIBLE customer service every employee is rude, entitled and not helpful. Spoke to owner, David Scott, on various issues with this newly built condo building and he is arrogant and dismissive. They condone work in the commercial space on weekends, including Sundays, with no city permits. The loud drilling noise is extremely invasive and disruptive and no one at Rockport cares to assist and rectify. They lie and get away with whatever they can. Very shady company..DO NOY BUY FROM THIS BUILDER!!!

- Rent is increased EVERY year, even above the maximum rent control amount. They file a special request to the Landlord and Tenant Board to get away with this increase. So DEFINITELY expect an increase after living there for a year. - Very invasive yearly inspections are done on your unit. It’s so demeaning to have someone walk through EVERY room of your house each year to see what’s “wrong with your unit”. It’s totally legal, but it feels like such an invasion of your privacy. Like you’re a child again and your parent is checking if you did a good job cleaning your room. - Very nosy superintendent. Not much more to say about that, lol. - Office staff, especially the property manager, lack manners. They treat you as if they are superior to you even though you are a PAYING customer. The property manager lacks customer service skills and general interpersonal skills. - Although units are “renovated” when you move in, they cheap out on materials. Cheap paint, cheap cabinets, cheap counters, cheap carpets, cheap fixtures, etc. You can tell everything is chosen to cut costs and cut corners. Poor workmanship too.
