We added a second floor to our bungalow, gutted and completely renovated the main floor too. These guys do excellent work. They are the most organized contractors I've ever dealt with. The staff is very professional and generally just nice to deal with. The building crew was amazing and most of the contractors they brought in did really good work. We really didn't have to worry about the project and felt that we were in good hands for the entire build. The team told us construction would take 5 months to complete and almost 5 months to the day, we moved back in. However, we still had a few small outstanding items to complete. Unfortunately, this was where things kinda fell apart for us. The process slowed down a little too much for our liking. It took more than 3 months to get some of those last items completed which was frustrating. Despite this, I still felt our overall experience was good and if I had to do it again, I would hire Modular again.

They make me sturdy home just like I had in country

Made an appointment for a quote over the phone where I went over what I was looking for and what my house was (a semi detached home in Toronto). The day before my appointment for a quote, I got a call confirming my appointment. Four hours after that, I got a call cancelling my appointment because they 'don't like to do semis'. Waste of time.

Bole and his team did a great job of explaining the process to us and they gave us a good quote and delivered the construction on time - very happy with their craftsmanship!
