NIMBYs aren’t fans of development in their neighborhoods. Without new housing supply, prices will continue to rise and people with homes will get rich and the rest of us will be left in the dust leading to higher wealth inequality. Look at how zoning restrictions in big cities are working out on the coasts. Talk to existing home owners in the builders homes if you want a good idea of how they’re constructed, don’t rely on disgruntled locals who want to keep their home values rising.

Awful quality, terrible spec design with scab workers. No environmental integration and a shame what they did to the beautiful neighborhood next door. Ruthless and disgusting, every pulte neighborhood has wrecked any landscape in Rochester/ Oakland it lays it sights on. Shame.

Nice little homes! But, for the money they ask for them you can simply just buy a house ! And it will be bigger , and you don't have to share a wall with you Neighbors !!!

There so called MI carpenters contractors are fraudulent towards not paying there labor for jobs done in training for carpentry, and no listing at the city for any state license from state of Michigan. And i also found the condos were built in a tornado zone area with no additional strapping not applied at Rochester hills city permitts. And Pulte buikders were kicked out of Michigan years back for poor workmanship and scab labor. It seems there back to there old tricks on ripping off people again.
