We purchased a brand new (or so we were told) Bean's mobile home (14' x 60') in 2005. If I could give a 0 rating to this company I would. We did NOT receive the mobile home that we ordered..it came with a patched hole in the sheet-rock in the living room..no window in the bathroom..no glass in the kitchen cupboards..large cuts in the tile in the living room/kitchen & hall..NOT the extra insulation in the ROOF that we paid a lot extra for.. The curtains that we paid extra for somehow were forgotten..The workmanship is way below par..poorly insulated walls and floors. BEWARE of Bean's..they ACT so nice UNTIL you dare to confront them with the TRUTH..and then you should see the owner himself turn into a completely different person. It is 2018 and my ex-fiancee took off and stuck me with all of the mortgage payments and this sad excuse for a mobile home..roof leaks..kitchen sink cannot be used..switches are all mostly broken..large cracks in the ceilings..and the noise from the road out front? It sounds like they are in the mobile home! I am still paying on this mobile home for the next 15 years! Please learn from MY mistake! If you purchase one of these homes you will come to regret it like I do. It is cheaply made, I use A LOT of propane in the winter to keep it barely warm enough..and I have from the VERY BEGINNING! Oh..lest I forget..my oven has not worked in a LONG TIME. I never got the second set of steps that were promised..and I could go on and on..but I think you get the 'gist' of what I am saying. If you are looking for something durable & lasting DON'T give THIS COMPANY-BEAN'S your business!!! Just in case you're wondering..I have been the only one living in this mobile home for the past ten years (2008-now)..no children have ever been in here..no dogs..only two de-clawed indoor only cats. And I am very neat and clean...no smoking, no shoes worn inside, etc; What I would give to have the trailer that was used as a trade-in towards this..."misery"...were still on my property. It was small..but far better made than this. Moral of story..BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN WHEN YOU AREN'T MARRIED TO SOMEONE. He walked away with his name on the mobile-home AND MY land too!!!!

I love looking through modular homes and they have so many here. The people are great to work with and if it's not quite time it's ok you can roam through seeing what you like in each home. There are many options for each home.
