Would not recommend this home builder at all. He lied to us from day one. He could not get his drywall company to come back and fix the drywall screw pops, and they lived across the street from us. He gave us $100 and told us we can fix them ourselves. After one winter, our garage pad peeled from the salt. We called them, they told us to call the concrete company, we did, the concrete company was mad at the home builder, because for $100, they could have added an additive to prevent that but we were not given the option. Our driveway has sunk about 1 inch from the edge of the garage pad entrance. We were talked out of putting in a dry sump in the garage, but the floor still slopes to the middle where one should be. We were told that it probably settled that way. This is just all the issues with the garage. Drive by 1160 Fort Street and see how the property on either side looks. One is a rental home of theirs that is held together with spray foam and the other is a compound that is an extension of their backyard. The yard stores bobcat parts and unused vehicles and is slag and crusher dust lined with a fence and large chain link gate. Otherwise known as a compound. This is how he treats a customer and a neighbour. How much do you think he will care about your project?
