zero rating, worst & very cheap builder. worst customer service. My biggest mistake that I choose this builder. stay away from this builder, never ever buy any house from them. Make fake promises to get the deal done. once the deal is done you will listen only one answer, "where is the paperwork & where is sign". I stuck bcz i was the first time buyer.

easy to deal with and Mohit is one of the best sales person to deal with. Worst customer service. Be aware do not get keys until they do touch ups and everything in ur house because if you get it they will never come back and fix stuff. They will just gives appointments no body will come. Worst customer service

Building witb them was the biggest mistake of my life. I would say, one of the most terrible builders around. Process of getting my house built was a big pain. Getting service from them, oh boy!!!, it was horrendous. I would highly reccomend to stay away from them. Cheap workmanship, cheap material, hopeless customer service and horrendous service after sale.

This builder bring CHEAP to another level! They counter offers you $2,000 dollars for a over $660k house. Who does that? Just imagine how they gonna cheap out everything when they building your house. Do yourself a favour, stay away from them!!!

Brendan Thomas is one of the horrible salesperson I have ever met. With the attitude and temperament he has, he should be selling Apples not houses. He gets offended if you try to negotiate and will yell at you. Also, full of false promises.
