Very professional, reasonably priced and easy to work with. I loved how they really took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted, and made sure all the little details were there along with it. They did a fantastic job of my dance studio, I would highly recommend Equinox Homes!

I chose Equinox to build my home for two reasons: I really liked a house they had built in my neighbourhood and they were a young, energetic company that seemed to want my business. My experience with them was fantastic at the start, but dwindled over time. I knew that the process of building a house would not be seamless, and would be a trying process. I was prepared to accept that. What I was not prepared to do was to pick up the tab for their errors and to accept poor quality and service. My main contact with the organization changed suddenly without explanation and the ownership of the company changed without notice or explanation. They attempted to bill me for their oversights in design issues and hired sub-par contractors for parts of the process. They are more concerned with saving a dime than ensuring a satisfied customer. At one point, while attempting to have some of the long list of deficiencies addressed, Equinox told me that "I would have a lot more problems with (insert name of award-winning Saskatoon builder here)." Not much of a consolation to the fact that part of my flooring was ruined by a sloppy painting crew. While I was paid a credit for this, it does not make up for all that I have conceded to bring this process to an end. I continue to wrestle with plumbing and electrical issues. I recently attended a pre-possession walk through with a family member who will soon take ownership of a home built by the "award-winning Saskatoon builder" mentioned above. I was so impressed by their customer service, attention to detail and warranty program. I was in awe of the difference in our experiences. Contrary to my experience, that home is spotless, completely finished and in working order. In time, Equinox may grow to be a reputable builder, but for now, there are too many growing pains. Buyer beware.

In all my dealings with Ruben, I've always encountered a professional individual with a passion for what he does. Ruben cares about what and how he conducts his business, always striving to achieve the best outcomes. I would definitely recommend Equinox Home Innovations Ltd. to any individual looking for quality renovations in Saskatoon!

We had Equinox Home Innovations take on old house and turn it into a beautiful school. They worked with the City and our engineer to facilitate all the appropriate permits - which was no easy task as there were a great number of building codes to work with to facilitate having a school in a house- and most importantly they completed the project on time and within our budget. When we first approached Equinox, we were in a very tight time frame due to waiting for city approval to operate at this location, and Equinox was the ONLY company willing to jump in and work quickly to ensure we would be ready to open in time for school to start! Since then, they have provided us with exceptional support ensuring that our school was in excellent working order. We have had them back to do additional work since the original reno. They were in constant communication with us throughout the entire project to ensure our satisfaction. I would highly recommend their work to anyone who is looking for a professional construction team to come in, and not only provide great workmanship, but also amazing service. They came to our rescue when we needed help on the transformation of our school and we appreciate their timely and exceptional work! Brilliant Star Montessori School

I worked for Equinox Home Innovations for over a year and I look back on that employment with fond memories. I have never worked for a company that was more family oriented and when I was at Equinox I felt at home. I have never worked for better people than Ruben and Curt and I am very thankful to have worked so close with them throughout my time with Equinox. As a company I watched them grow and I was impressed again and again with their ideas, workmanship and relationships that they built with their clients. They really cared about their customers and that was apparent in every job that they did. They can be trusted to do a great job everytime. Day after day they went above and beyond for their customers as well as their employees. I would highly recommend Equinox Home Innovations to anyone.
