A friendly and efficient group of people to work with. I moved my company office in to one of their new builds and have been delighted with the level of workmanship and planning. The new office has been installed exactly as described and exactly to date, fantastic considering the move in date was given to me 6 months ago. Good quality build throughout and a very impressive eye for detail from the Owner, through the VP, planners/designers and down to the guys with the tools. All the staff I have met whether it be onsite or at their office have made this move very easy for my business and they are a pleasure to deal with. Without hesitation I would recommend Baydo.

Nice place

Unacceptable website, wasted our time going to see a place that stated pet friendly building to find out that means only the first floor which was already rented out by the time we were going to be shown any suites. I can understand they can not go in the elevator but once you make the trip up the stairs once with a cat there not leaving until you move out. Seriously what does the $500 pet deposit and $25 a month cover. Colliers assistant property manager was of no help either. Would not recommend dealing with this business unless you want to be miss lead and your time wasted.
