It has been a year since my spouse and I moved into our home. Overall, we have had a horrible experience with Montana Homes. They were OK up until the time of possession. Once we started to experience issues, it was slow service or you are on your own. Our Driveway cracked and popped within four months and Montana homes refused to do anything about it. They ignored the request for several months and once they came out and saw it they agreed that it was unacceptable but still did not fix the problem. The contractor Geransky refused to do anything so Montana Homes took the same approach. It took 3 months and constant badgering to get my grading fixed, which at first they refused to do and eventually just caved. It took months to get Rebar and left over materials cleaned up from my yard. We had to clean it up so moved it to a back berm and eventually had to submit a by complaint to the city and only once I stated I submitted a formal complaint they came to clean it up. The painters splattered paint on our laminate and our carpet in multiple locations. We did not push Montana on this issue as we thought they were helping us with our concrete. I still have not been contacted about the year end walk through to address issue's with our dry wall. Every step of the way it seemed like we had to negotiate to get anything done instead of it feeling like warranty work. One of the worst displays of customer service I have ever experienced.

My wife and I recently built a house with Montana. Josh was great to work with. Was super friendly, helpful and made himself available when we needed him. Kal, Josh and their team have provided excellent customer service and care!

Building a new home can be stressful but Montana Homes and my Sales Associate, Josh Ostapowich, made the entire experience from beginning to end worry and hassle free - they actually made it easy! They easily and quickly met all the challenges I presented them with regard to building and design changes and always made sure I was completely satisfied. Josh was great. He was extremely accessible, helpful and was always willing to meet with me even on his days off. He by far went above and beyond! I’m absolutely loving my custom new home. It is everything I wanted and more. I am so happy I chose Montana Homes and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to build a new home. Thank you to everyone that was involved. Nicole Cameron

Earlier this winter my husband and I were looking for a new(er) home but didn’t know where to start. We looked at - what felt like - a million houses until we landed with Montana Homes. As we had a fairly tight budget, Josh showed us options which fit perfectly in our budget and included everything we wanted (including a directly south facing backyard - woo!). The process, from our view, was very smooth. It was a blast getting to pick out all of the options and they turned out even better on possession day. We even had our possession date available a month earlier than expected. The sales staff are excellent to work with and very obviously work long and sporadic hours to ensure everything is done. The only two things I would point out are that unless your appliances are bought as part of the total package, you will be responsible for installing them yourself. Also, you are responsible for painting your front door as per the installer’s warranty. Other than that, everything went great and we are in LOVE with our new home.

So far so good. It was a great experience dealing with Josh. We got the possession on the same day that we had agreed upon six months ago I would update once the grading and landscaping is done.
