Element Townhome rentals & Realtor Robert Krull They expect people to have a monthly income of $3500 to rent a 700sq ft bachelor pad disguised as a 1 bdrm for $1150/mth! If someone makes $3500/mth Would they even want to rent a 700/sq ft main floor bach pad!? ALSO: They withheld my damage deposit they require just to submit your application which left me homeless!

Very good company. I framed a 4 Story building for them, they build beyond code. Strong design . Solid floor structure, roof as well. Too bad Winnipeg is known for its rivers. unstable ground. Over all they know bad work when they see it and bring it up to attention on the spot. (And I'm not talking about my work either)

Its a place of business only and try to get you to buy a place.They have everything sit up to get your first home Grant only.They are in two places one in greens and Hoderlanding .The places are very small and no YARD .

Be careful with what you buy! Make sure to inspect your concrete because they don't fix definciencies and say it is normal. While your garage or anywhere else that you would have concrete starts chipping away a month after you move in. Also they will say that having a large puddle of water is normal. They just wash their hands and don't do anything about it.
