The best company I ever dealt with with any kind of construction. John Holiday is truly an asset for the company

Biggest mistake we ever made was purchasing a home from Capstone! They are only interested in turning out quantity, with no attention to quality. They assure that things will be fixed, but after closing, ignore you, and when they do “fix” something, they damage more items in the process. Several windows are crooked and do not work properly, electrical switches did not work when we moved in, the roof rattles, light switches are in awkward places, our upgraded railings are all chipped (which they “fixed” by coloring with a marker), wood railing are cracked/chipped (which they claim is normal), cabinets are scratched, grout is caving in on the floors, grout color not uniform, paint not applied uniformly, paint missing in locations, cracks along door frames, fixtures all scratched, damaged appliances, windows scratched, bathroom countertops not buffed correctly, kitchen granite chipped/cracked, sink has huge gouges from installation, plus much more! We are in Pinnacle Pines (townhomes) and were assured they used the highest quality soundproofing between units. Well, we can hear the neighbors banging around in their kitchen! The sound proofing is actually worse than any apartment I’ve ever lived in. They talk a good talk, but simply do not deliver a quality product. Definitely avoid. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
