Recently went for a hearing test and had a great experience The staff are friendly and professional the receptionist even coat checked my jacket. Very clean environment in the building and thorough hearing exam. Plenty of parking out back. I would recommend living sounds hearing centre to everyone.

I can't say enough nice things about this place. First, the lovely lady up front. She was amazing friendly and helpful when i called and was there for my appointment. Then there is Greg. He talked with me through email for a week. Helped with every question and concern. Always emailed back quickly. Super nice and helpful. It's never a fun thing to find out you need hearing aids at the age of 34. But this place made everything so easy and comfortable. I beyond thankful i found them. An absolute God send.

My husband has been hard of hearing for many years, and had been using only one hearing aid for the last ten or so years. It had become increasingly hard for him to hear. Natalie was great, she explained the choices that my husband had, along with pricing and what to expect, in terms of improved hearing and adjustments. Natalie not only explained to my husband, but invited me into the fitting and answered all my questions and queries too. Obviously the whole family makes an adjustment with something this important. The entire staff have been professional, understanding and incredibly courteous. We re-visit in 8 weeks for a follow up appointment and then every six months for cleaning of the aids and batteries. I would recommend Living Sounds at The Synergy Centre in Sherwood Park every time.
