Customers for life! Our experience with Amanda Mackaracher was beyond my and my dad’s belief. First our wait time in both the waiting room and the exam room was short! Not to mention how great the service was. Caring, smiling and laughing is good atmosphere for patients. Ours was beyond of all expectation. Amanda is pleasant, caring and professional. She provided excellent professional and courteous care. Amanda was very nice, and above all pleasant and it is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. The whole team was great, the best team of medical staff we have been around in a long time. I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff at the Stanford Hearing Centre I visited. From the front desk, and the doctor. Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made our visit as comfortable as they possibly could. We were truly impressed with your nice facility and the caring staff and friendly can do attitude and smiles. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH ESPECIALLY YOU AMANDA!!! You have customers for life.” Stan and Alex

Highly recommend Stanford Hearing. Being it is a family operated business you will receive warm and professional customer service. Ron is very knowledgeable of the products he sells and is more than patient to answer all your questions. Amanda also works in the office and helped me with deciding to take the plunge as she also wears them. Everyone in the office are super friendly and bend over backwards should you ever have a problem. They don’t forget about you once you leave after purchasing the product. Great place!!

I highly recommend Stanford Hearing for your Hearing needs and Audiograms. This is the "Go To" place for the best service! Ron's knowledge and professionalism was evidenced when I was referred to him for my "Severe Hyperacusis" (a rare and debilitating condition where sounds are amplified, and in my case - painful.) Prior to my appointment, Ron ensured Marcia at Reception was aware of this condition. Marcia was supportive, caring, and accommodating by ensuring my comfort in a quiet room prior to my Audiogram. Stanford Hearing cares! I am so grateful to Ron, Marcia, and Amanda for their time, support, extensive knowledge, and 5+ Star Customer Service. Thank you, Stanford Hearing. You are the best! Highest Regards, Sandy McDonald
