Only my second experience at an audiology clinic and I felt very comfortable with all the staff. The audiology clinician explained everything very thoroughly and what my hearing loss meant. After my demo of hearing aids she again took the time to educate me on treating hearing loss. I felt a little uncomfortable with the fact that I have hearing loss at a young age and she really helped me feel more comfortable. I'll definitely go back here for my check up. I had no idea what hearing loss was and how much it impacted me until this experience. Highly recommend.

This place is very clean and the staff friendly and organized. I went for a hearing test but unfortunately the push button was broken which was the only issue. However, that's completely fixable so I highly recommend them. If I could give 4.75 stars I would. The little issue was minor.

This clinic do not have real Audiology. I lost my $50 hearing test because it is done by Practitioner and not by Audiology . Insurance companies such as mine Blue Cross do not refund test done by Practitioner . Hearing test must be done only by Real Audiology! and this clinic have none! waste of money and time! Buyers be ware!!

TLDR; Terrible place, don't go here and ask for a different location if you're assigned to AB ENT as they require you to use these guys. However ARIA SLEEP is a great company unfortunately associated with these guys. Downtown location review- I have an issue with ear infections and it started to affect my hearing. I went to Living Sounds in St Albert first after a UofA intern told me I likely have cholesteatomas in both ears. He was wrong and a moron and Living Sounds was AMAZING. The hearing aid tech there spent a significant amount of time with me, took extra measures while testing my hearing and showed me a live cam of what my ears look like and that it was just severe scarring, not tumors. She explained that the scarring likely makes it more challenging for me to hear low-tone sounds and that it wouldn't require a hearing aid unless it became unmanageable. I'm still upset that I couldn't find a way to work through them. UNFORTUNATELY, My doctor sent me to AB ENT whom work with Melody and required me to. I had to re-do all of the testing. The lady spent a total of 5 minutes with me and said I was fine, I had no hearing loss and it was all in my head. She literally said, "You've made this all up, I tested you, you're fine." SO RUDE. the ENT doctor was much the same. The biggest shame is that they work with ARIA Sleep Clinic and ARIA is AMAZING.
