My Mothers Emergency Okay so I am going to give you a little history so you can see why I LOVE this place so much. My 78yr old mother went to get hearing aids from another place and they sold her a $6.000 pair that was so big they never stayed in place and later found out they don't even make them anymore or service them. We tried to take her back and found out shortly after they went out of business! We took her to 3 other places to try and get them set and after almost 2yrs of not being able to hear I finally found this place. Understandably I was hesitant of them and Emma spent over an hour on the phone with me prior to making the appointment, she was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable sending my mother. I made the appointment and all was good, shortly after she arrived I received a phone call to tell me that Alissa noticed a medical emergency we were not aware of prior. Brent and all the staff jumped in and made sure my mother had a ride and a medical centre to go to that was open and close by to attend to her emergency. They also asked me to notify them and let me know she was okay. I am so happy we found this place they are the most caring and giving company we have found in over 2 yrs. If you want a place to go or send your loved one that will assure you they are in the best of hands then this is the place you want to send them. No pressure sales, just want the best for each and every client. They will give you ALL your options and let YOU decide what you want or can afford with no pressure. I can't say enough or thank them enough, Just they have a client for life now.

Great people for hearing tests

Alyssa Horneland was great! And so was Emma at the front desk. Got musicians molds made and it was very quick, very easy, and reasonably price! Would use their services again in a heartbeat.

Alissa Horneland at Heritage Square is a JEM! Warm, patient, and knowledgeable! When my 91-year-old dad needed hearing aids, Alissa came multiple times to the retirement home he resides in. Each time she was very kind and easy to talk with. You can imagine the gratitude my dad and I felt, knowing that Alissa could come to visit him versus him struggling to walk/breath to get to the car and then to the shop. When Alissa would leave my dad's place he would always have a smile on his face and say something related to the fact that Alissa was great and well suited for her job! My family is so thankful for Alissa! Hearing loss is no longer a challenge we deal with!
