Well, where to start..... I’ve been into The Hearing Loss Clinic on multiple occasions, I’ve never had a bad experience at this place of business. The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional, the office is very neat and and tidy with actual amenities! Candy, coffee, tea AND EVEN....... water. Love water. The two lovely ladies who greet you at the front counter are simply the best. Always friendly/cheery, very helpful and very prompt. If your appointment is at 2:32 PM, your in at 2:32 PM. Angie, Brianna.... here’s to you two for running a very tight ship over there at my favourite hearing clinic in the city.

After suffering a ruptured ear drum while on vacation my hearing has deteriorated significantly. I saw my family doctor and in order to be referred to a specialist I required a hearing test. I live in the NW and I drive by the Hearing Loss Clinic in Crowfoot all the time. I called to set up an appointment and they got me in right away to their North-hill location (same day). Everyone was so professional and lovely. Especially Barb, who conducted my hearing test. She was phenomenal! Thank you everyone at the Hearing Loss Clinic!

Such a great place. On time. Nice facility. Very friendly staff. Had an ear exam and noise cancellation ear plug molded. 10 days later they had my custom ear plug. Highly recommended

Thank you for helping my mom hear! She was so pleased with the staff's patience, helpfulness and knowledge - she has already recommended The Hearing Loss Clinic to others. (Calgary)
