Hey, I purchased my hearing aids here a year ago. Ramone was fantastic! I recall giving the receptionist a hard time due to my own denial of needing hearing devices... she was also fantastic staying calm and pleasant. Thanks you two!

The hearing aid I received from this place was the best ever . I have had many hearing aids made over the years and all of them (over 7) had feedback whenever covered by headphones or clothes or when I lied on a pillow. This hearing aid (I only wear one) has never had feedback and works great. The receptionist is fantastic. The audiologist is not someone I could really connect with/relate to but I am not hear to look for friends. He is knowledgable and took good care of me

I spent upwards of $200 on a pair of custom made earplugs for sleeping that don't actually block out any noise. I was told that "some noise" would still come through, such as dogs parking and alarms going off. They don't block out ANYTHING. I told the fellow who assisted me that I was dismayed because I would expect that an expensive product made for sleeping would at least block out a bit of noise. He basically told me that I'm out of luck and that they're not going to do anything to help me. I'm extremely dissatisfied and felt like I was lied to. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Audiologist was condescending and impatient. There was no sense of compassion and it felt like I was just an inconvenience. Will never return with this nonexistent level of service.... 2 stars because the receptionist was at least nice.
