Terry and the rest of the staff are next to none when it comes to their customers and knowledge about the products they carry. Not only do they care about your hearing, they also check in to see how you are doing on a personal well being. Being a busy student, Terry and his staff made everything effortless and easy while setting me up with my hearing aids. I have never encountered better costumer service anywhere else.

Terry provided a thorough hearing test and was very knowledgeable in answering any questions that I had.

I am now 59 years old. I have worked around machinery all my life. About 10 years ago I noticed that people seemed to be talking much quieter than usual and if there were more than one voice at a time I would have a real difficult time understanding what was being said. Especially If there was any other background noises. When my grandson turned one he started talking really well and I couldn’t quite understand what he was saying . That really upset me. That was it.... I was going to get my hearing checked. Many people have suggested I should get my hearing checked, but I always felt that I would feel a little embarrassed to wear hearing aids. ( I thought that was only for old people). How wrong I was!! It was probably one of the most intelligent decisions I have ever made. I have had my hearing aids for five years now and I panic if I realize I dont have them in. I never want to be without them again. The new technology only amplifies the sounds you dont hear well and not the sounds you can hear. Its so natural sounding. And they are so small that they are very comfortable to wear and hardly noticeable to others. I no longer worry about attending group events or hearing my family when they speak or always asking people to repeat things. My TV Volume dropped from 35 to 15. I can hear songbirds chirping again, Wow!! That is so nice. Terry has been a wealth of information to me. He is really good at his profession and a super nice man. All the staff at Acoustic Audiology are so knowledgeable and caring. They will ease any concerns or reservations you may have about wearing hearing aids. If you think that your hearing could be better.... do yourself and everyone in your day to day life a huge favor and go see the great folks at Acoustic Audiology in Lloydminster. It has truly changed my life.

Terry is the best audiologist I have ever been to. He was able to help me with my ongoing tinnitus issues explaining everything and answering all the questions I had after completing a very in depth hearing test. The technology they have for testing is extremely exact and will tell you even the syllables that you have a harder time hearing. He is very knowledgeable and makes you feel like you are not at the doctors. Got a pair of custom molded in ear monitors through him and they are amazing! Highly recommend Acoustic Audiology.
