I am an out of town daughter and was concerned about my elderly father making an appointment on his own. Every time I talked with my folks, they only had WONDERFUL things to say about both Scott and Doug. From the 1st appointment with Scott to many appointments after to assist my dad in finally figuring out how to put the hearing aids in himself. Thank you so much for all your kindness, patience and understanding. It is wonderful to talk to Dad and he can finally hear!!

I haven't even had my appointment but I have to talk about Lavina, the receptionist. Everyone loves Scott and Doug but Lavina seems pretty fantastic too. I just had to change my appointment and Lavina was incredible in taking care of it all. Thank you Lavina.

Scott and Doug are beyond masters at Customer Service and so genuine. I had so many questions with purchasing hearing aids for the first time. All questions were not only answered, but welcomed. You will feel valued at Beltone Langley! I can't say enough about their service. Sarah S.

This is the place to go if you are looking for genuine care and real professionalism. Scott (and his employee dad!) take oodles of time to make sure you receive the best service and follow-up. My mother thinks Scott is a magician!
