I would highly recommend a visit to NHC if you have ANY concerns about your hearing...I was very pleased ,not just by their service BUT by the way they take time to explain the whys and hows of hearing issues. Their office is ''user friendly'' and always open to questions . Those folks have made a fantastic difference in my life. Thank again. GLENN

I can’t say enough about how appreciative we are for the patient and efficient care we received from the Nanaimo hearing clinic. My grandma was moved to Nanaimo over 18 months ago from Kelowna and was having a great deal of troubles with her hearing aids. Her and I visited the Nanaimo hearing clinic and even with her dementia the staff were able to have her hearing aids set up to work better than ever before. Everyone there was kind and extremely patient. I would recommend the Nanaimo hearing Clinic as an outstanding local business that truly cares about the people in their community. Lesley Zawasky

Since I was first there in February 2016, I have highly recommended the Nanaimo Hearing Clinic to anyone and everyone. Hanan and Shelagh Merrill are the most welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, as well as a very accommodating husband and wife team that I have met in their field. Anyone, be it a walk in or previous/current customer, you will undoubtedly get the same warm family-friendly feeling from them as I did & have continued to do. One of the many things I think sets them apart from other hearing and/or specialty clinics, is the extra attention they give those they treat, by way of sending a birthday card or email to their customers, clients. By all means, check them out for yourself, I know you won't be disappointed.
