Phenomenal staff who put up with me on a semi-regular basis. If your molds don't fit, they will make them fit...or possibly die trying. I adore the staff and will never go to another audi office, ever.

Full on praise for NexGen (ormerly Island and the Mainland Hearing). I've been with them for over 10 years. The service is excellent, personal, caring, professional. All the practitioners I've worked with were great, and the front desk people are also most helpful. You can get an appointment when you need it very quickly, compared to other places I've been.
