I have had hearing issues for 30+ years and finally was able to do something about it.. I really want to thank Dr. Miranda and the staff for making it a wonderful and safe experience even though I was super doubtful. I feel like I have joined the rest of the world in their noise and it's magnificent! If you are wondering about where to go, look no further! HIGHLY recommended!!!!!!

I followed Katie here from her previous place of employment, because she is very thorough, professional, and has scruples!! She convinced me( kicking and screaming) to try left/ right hearing aids, when I would not for anyone else!!! And of course , I am hearing a lot better!!I believe she cares strongly about her clients, and is personable and enjoyable to interact with contact me , if you wish me to enlarge on this topic!!!! Cheers Earl Henderson

I have been going to Dr Miranda for a few years to monitor my hearing. It has been, and continues to be, a wonderful experience as I need to go for follow-up appointments. He is attentive and really listens, taking into account the hearing test results, client's health, lifestyle, and description of the problem, which leads to a more holistic approach in dealing with hearing loss. For me, this led to being fitted with hearing aids. He had me try a few sets to make sure I had the best fit. It has made a big difference and I am extremely pleased. All of the staff are warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic - it's definitely worth the drive from Victoria!

I find Dr. Miranda to be extremely helpful, friendly and professional. His office staff are the same.
