We had an excellent experience. We learned a lot about our hearing and were able to compare both ears and learn what may be causing a tiny reduction in my near perfect hearing in one ear. The Audiologist, Pete, was excellent and explained much to us about how the ear functions including analogies using musical instruments to help us picture the functioning of the inner ear.

My personal experience with Dr, Keating and his Staff at My Hearing Centers in Oak Harbor, WA has been impeccable. I have been under his care for five plus years now and He has continued to provide professional friendly patient care. His receptionist is friendly and efficient in assisting Dr, Keating with patient concerns. The waiting area and office spaces are clean and orderly.

I would highly recommend Hearing Centers. I went in to see if they would pair a new streamer with my hearing aids and even though I was not a customer they took their time and solved my pairing issues. I intend to transfer my account to this office because of their service. They took care of my needs without charging me. Great Customer Service.

MY husband has been going there for almost 3 years now, and is very happy with his hearing aid and the wonderful, fast service provided after the purchase. Thanks to Dr. Peter Keating for his good "bedside" manners.

Dr. Keating is extremely knowledgable about the diagnosis and management of hearing loss and explains the options for treatment very clearly, including the effectiveness of hearing aids and the most recent advances in this very specialized area of technology. He is kind and personable, and though he obviously has a busy practice, he takes time to answer every question and never appears rushed. As someone with hearing loss, I'm very glad that he is here on Whidbey Island!
