I would highly recommend going to another clinic. They were good to start (so I thought) until they pushed me to do a positive Google review. The recpetionist is not pleasant to deal with, they didn't even program my hearing aids to my specific loss nor have accurate results for specific tests. When I was at another appointment (New audiologist) they called that clinic and demanded I speak with them. If I could give them a rating of no stars I would as I feel this clinic didn't do anything for me and were severely rude and unprofessional.

Very easy going hearing clinic had an appointment booked a week beforehand and was in and out of this clinic in less than 20 minutes Dr.Syed knew exactly what he was doing and didnt waste anytime will be coming back and telling others about this clinic for future endeavors!

Syed and his staff far exceeded my expectations. Very informative and professional. If you or someone you know requires hearing aids, I would highly recommend Puretone Hearing clinic..

This review is by Marilyn Hall. My former audiologists closed their business and my aids needed repairs. Puretone on Scott Rd in Surrey not only sent my aids off to be fixed, but they didn’t charge me for their service. I spoke to the owner who was very kind and friendly. His receptionist was extremely helpful and kept me updated on the progress. I will definitely go back to them when I need my hearing tested again. I could not recommend them any higher.
