You will never find a better Hearing Clinic than Burntwood Hearing in Cranbrook! Everything there is of the highest quality including the owners, Garth and Chris! Before you buy, you will be tested by state of the art equipment, you will discuss the results and be shown them so that you fully and clearly know what you need as well as voice what you want. Before you buy you are given demo hearing aids to try. You also can try different technical optionals as well as other options such as rechargeable batteries, hearing devices to enhance and aid hearing capabilities. The service is professional yet warm, friendly and helpful. The prices are unmatched! Absolutely great! I have just purchased hearing aids. They are amazing! I am so excited to be able to hear things and people like I haven't in way way too long. I am also grateful and appreciate my family and friends (who accompanied me) and my way of being educated on hearing loss and hearing aid capabilities. Burntwood Hearing..... is a wonderful positive experience!

Firstly, Garth CARES about his patients. He's not pushing a product on you. He wants you and or your loved ones to be able to enjoy life in a better way and improve your quality of life. It is rare these days to find someone who cares. Garth is also EXTREMELY knowledgeable in his field. Audiology is not a walk in the park. I have seen audiologists all over the U.S. and he's the most knowledgeable one I have ever met. His equipment is all the latest technology. Also, Chris was extremely helpful and kind. I would rather drive 200 miles to get the Burntwood Hearing service than go to a closer place and get a different level of care.

There are times when you stumble upon people who are following their passions; people who are genuinely there to help... and they happen to own a business related to their passion! This is the case with Burntwood Hearing! Garth and Chris may own a business, but it is clear they are most concerned with their clients/patients. I cannot express how appreciative I am of the service provided by Garth in his evaluation, his explanations to my wife and myself, and the demonstrations of what would work for my personal situation. Garth's low key, steady, knowledgeable, professional, and kind approach to my issues was exemplary. Thank you Garth, and Chris, for the service you are providing in the East Kootenays! You have more than earned our families loyalty!

My mom is 82 and her ears were extremely plugged with ear wax. Due to health issues it was not possible to get her in to see her doctor to have them flushed out. Stopped in at Burntwood Hearing in the old Cranbrook Mall and asked if the owner would come to my mom's house instead. The answer was YES=). Mom was a bit nervous until she met him. His quiet easy manner put her at ease and he cleaned out both ears. She is very happy with the experience! We will definitely have him back again if her ear(s) get plugged again. Nice to see a professional who is able to help out someone who is house bound.

Honesty, integrity, and the added bonus of competitive pricing. (Costs here are similar to Costco). I will highly recommend utilizing the services provided here. I just retired into the area and this office will be my choice as to where I will go for service.
