Very informative and helpful. When there’s a ton of new technology it helps to be able to touch, see and try the equipment.

I chose Welsch Hearing because my father had gotten hearing aids from them years ago when he was in a nursing home. They always came to the nursing home whenever needed, which was a great help. Now this was 30 years ago before Susan was in the family business. I knew then they had a great reputation so when I was having problems with my hearing I knew right away where to go. After finding out my need for hearing aids they let me sample one to decide if it was right for me. They have always taken extra time to make sure everything was working right and if not to try an adjustment to benefit it working better. I remember the first time I got my hearing aids and drove home I couldn’t believe how loud the directional was in the car. Oh my gosh!! I couldn’t believe all the sounds I had missed out on. Amazing!!! Now after several years I feel like part of their family. After my son bought a new house with high ceilings I was having problems hearing everyone so Susan introduced me to a microphone system. Again she let me try it out. Yes it made a big difference plus also listening in a large room, or restaurant made a big difference. It was so helpful to me to be able to try it out before I had to purchase. Thank you Welsch Hearing Aid Family. One of many satisfied customers. Jill Bailey

So happy we found Welsch Hearing! Sue and her staff go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied with your hearing aids , and helps to maintain the quality. We chose Welsch after doing extensive research on quality of products and reputation, and they exceeded in both.
