I booked an appointment with them after seeing their booth at an event. I ended up having to cancel due to scheduling conflicts. Beck called me every single day for 2 weeks even though I had made it clear that I would contact them when I was ready. Finally I blocked their number. I then started receiving calls from a private number. After several days I finally answered thinking it must be something important. It was Beck calling to see why I haven't rebooked. Well, now you know why.

They obsessively call if you don't answer, they even go to the extent of blocking their number and calling late at night. Do not recommend this place at all. I'd give zero stars if I could.

We got a free hearing test appointment while going through the western fair. A big mistake. They spend months calling you... even after the business hours (which I find really weird. No other company does that). Tonight they called me at 8 pm... sometimes its as late as 10:30 pm, and if they don't get a hold of you the first time, they'll call back and have their number set to unknown name unknown number. There are many red flags that indicate something isn't right with these free tests and I don't feel comfortable going into a place that can contact you if the place is closed.

Great service. Great employees. 150% satisfied. Do they get everything right every time? No but they sure try hard and that's all you can ask for.

Got a pair of custom-molded musician earplugs from them (Bernafon - nice earplugs btw); the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to go over general ear care tips and provide a baseline hearing test too. I definitely can recommend Beck Hearing.
