The new pair of Cheer 20's are excellent. I am a first time hearing aid user that have been using them for two weeks without significant problems adjusting. I choose to go top of the line as many friends worked up to the top end after struggling with lower cost models. I thought for about $1000 I would risk starting at the top. Like all new machines, there is a learning phase. I had no unpleasant issues and with learning to control volume no problems even in restaurants. Generally, I am not usually aware I am wearing hearing aids. My hearing is not badly impaired , but I do miss conversations especially from younger women. The aids have virtually eliminated missed words. I did not have an audio gram, but I understand the instruments can be programmed for a small if I supply one. At this point, I feel no need to do this. My nearing aid satisfaction exceeds most of my friend and relatives than that obtained aid from local sources. The people and performance of Advanced Affordable Hearing have been outstanding.

So just received my hearing aids today after charging them and figuring them out the the easy to understand instructions. Have them on the volume of the Tv went way down, my wife now sounds like she is yelling, in which without I would have to read her lips because I could not hear her. This was a surprise to see them in the mail today, received a phone call earlier in the week, was told they were on back order and would not get them till early March. Thank you Advanced Affordable Hearing you have truly made my life easier. So it has been a month and they still work well but one problem I have experienced is there is something on the material that makes the back of my ears breakout, I have easily solved this by putting a thin layer of antibiotic cream on before putting on hearing aids, now I know it is coming from the hearing aids because I took them off for a week and it cleared up and when I put them back on the breakout was back by the end of the day. Using the cream prevents this.

"Affordable" is the key word! My hearing aids arrived, I put them in and have been wearing them ever since! And, they use regular, inexpensive batteries.
