I can not say enough 😀 good things about Toby and his wonderful staff. My father is a stubborn old man that will not listen to anyone , But Toby. There is something about him that my father and I think other old men respect. 🤔 My father said to me” now a days most doctors don’t care, they are always in a hurry to push you out of the room but that guy he cares and you can tell.”. I’m so happy that we went to Contra Costa Hearing. Thank you so much.

I'm very happy with the hearing aids that Toby Hill recommended I use. It was easy to return to the office for adjustments. The staff was also very helpful when I called on the phone with a problem or a question. I didn't realize how much I was missing .

Several years ago I drove from Discovery Bay to the Walnut Creek office for an appointment that Toby Hill himself made with me. Upon arriving I was greeted by his very rude receptionist or assistant stating there was no appointment and he was busy meeting with sales people. I left and never came back. The time allowed for returning the hearing aids had lapsed by two days, so I was stuck with the hearing aids that never did work good. I have advised at least 30 different people over the years not to do business here. They would be better off going to any other hearing aid center.
