They were truly concerned with me getting the best improvement to my hearing taking into account my budget. I felt like I was properly taken care of here. The staff knows me by name whether I go into the office, or they see me around town. Very caring people.

I went to Hearing Life to get ear plugs so that I could block out the sound of my roommates on a holiday tour. The technician was not friendly. The resulting ear plugs did very little to reduce surrounding sound. They should have told me that they could do very little to help me. The ear plugs they sold me were to reduce injury from outside noises -- certainly not what I asked for or needed. They would not refund any money. I won't go back there for any reason.

Have had very positive experiences at Listen Up in their previous and current locations. The hours are very awkward but as I live out of the area they did accommodate me by staying later than 4pm when I called to let them know I'd be a few minutes late on one occasion. Enjoyed dealing with Angela Fawcett and the others. Would definitely recommend them but would also suggest they improve their hours and offer later times at least a couple of times a week. Do approve of the move to the Woolwich Street location - much easier to get to and the parking is free.
