No receptionist when I came in. The prices were astronomical - we shopped around for prices and we could not believe they were charging upwards of $4K for a set of hearing aids. The tech did not discuss how they worked, what they did, different models or anything of the norm just said these ones are the best and thats all. I didn't even know the name but of course she was on the phone with insurance to get the price covered. I felt taken advantage of in regards to the pricing model and the entire service given. I would never ever recommend this place and I recommend all reading this to please shop around for stores that do not have multiple locations - it's more of corporate greed. The entire hearing aid model needs to be re-looked at and corporate head office reading this - you may as well find a new job soon! :)

This was my first visit to the Streetsville location and I was totally impressed with the facilities and the service. All my issues (and I had a few) were addressed and resolved to my utmost satisfaction. I highly recommend 217 Queen St. S. Streetsville. Really nice people there.

Complete rip off for my aging Father with a price of $4,000 for Oticon OPN's (2 of them). When she said this price I knew that a small little device could not be this expensive. I also thought it was strange they changed business names as well as leasing a spot in Streetsville with a high rent price. In this particular situation I do not care about the price as he has FULL insurance to cover this. What I do care about is ETHICS. I made a few more calls and had meetings and we got the exact same thing for a MUCH better price(half off and some). I beg you all to shop around. They have hanged from "Listen Up" due to regulations that were put in place from the Government making sure all locations had a Hearing Technologist present as prior they had 10 locations and one tech would manage all. Please stay far, far away from these money hungry people.
