The staff are awesome. On time and focused attention. Very professional and knowledgeable. I had a specific issue. The team and Ronnie in particular, made me feel that they understood my issue, they put me through the appropriate tests and were wonderful to alleviate any anxiety related to it.

My appointment at Brampton audiology was five star from start to finish. When I walked in I was greeted warmly by the team and the waiting area was very clean and tidy. My appointment was on time; how refreshing for a doctor's office! The doctor was very thorough and explained what he was doing and why; it was evident he is very knowledgeable in his field. The appointment was not rushed and he really listened to my symptoms. The follow-up service was wonderful as well.

I was having a hard time hearing everything that my family said to me and assumed I might have a hearing loss. My doctor recommended that I book an appointment at Brampton Audiology. The audiologist there took a full history, cleaned my ears which had excessive wax, and did a full exam, including a hearing test. He explained my test results and recommended hearing aids to solve my problem. The HAs were fitted and programmed and what a difference! The staff explained how to install, change batteries and wax guards. They were very courteous and knowledgeable and helped me through the learning curve. I regularly return for follow up . I would recommend Brampton Audiology as a great place to get your ears checked and remedial action if necessary. They are the best!
