I had hearing aids once before, but I hated them, and disliked the clinic I was dealing with. So I did a fair amount of research on hearing aid providers, and I decided to take a chance with Bravo Hearing Centre based on positive reviews. I was so glad I did. Michael took a great deal of time to truly understand my needs and to go over my options. I was never rushed or pressured - in fact, it took me 4 months to decide! Hannah also spent a lot of time with me to make sure my new hearing aids were fitted properly and that I knew how to use the accessories. I had several follow-up visits - she wanted to check that everything was still going okay. Katie, who scheduled all the appointments and gave the reminders, was friendly and super efficient. Throughout the entire process, I received much care and attention - thank-you Bravo!

I totally agree with other reviews. Glad I found Bravo Hearing. They deserve a loud BRAVO. Michael, Sandra and Hannah are the most compassionate hearing aids professionals. They not only know what they are doing but also have huge empathy as humans. Other hearing aids clinics that I dealt with previously were just interested in profits, and didn't care about customer relations or my needs. Highly recommend BRAVO Hearing.

Exceptionally dedicated, compassionate, honest and caring people. I selected it without anyone's recommendation & was indeed duly surprised. Have dealt with 2 previous hearing aid complaints who were relatively good, but in no way do they match Bravo's very personal service!
