I was very pleased with the friendly, intelligent and professional advice provided by Ms. M. and the Administrator. Appointments and bookings were at my convenience. All questions were answered thoroughly, and the procedures of testing, fitting and adjusting were outstanding!! I was delighted that my previous results were acquired from another ListenUP! clinic so that we could compare results from 8 years ago. The new technology is amazing, far superior from previous generations of hearing aid. I also know that if needed, I can return with supreme confidence and have any issues resolved immediately. Great service, great product, great people who care. Many thanks.

I had occasion to visit this location earlier this week for a hearing test. I had some concerns and was very worried. Karen was absolutely wonderful and made me feel at ease immediately! She & Brooke were both very professional and confidence inspiring. I would recommend their services without hesitation.
