I've had several audiologists over the years, but these folks are the best! I need devices that can integrate well with my other electronic devices and they help me understand the options as well as navigate the coverages from Veterans Affairs. Sarah Mansfield is a fantastic, attentive, personable, and knowledgeable audiologist who helped me find the right devices and is patient with fine tuning the programming and settings so I get the best from my devices. She and her peers are supported by a professional and friendly staff who make every visit, even picking up new batteries, efficient and easy.

Went to the Orleans location over a year ago because they had a promotion for a free trial. My hearing was tested and was told that I needed to have hearing aids. I was told to contact WSIB and make a claim for having lost some of my hearing due to very noisy work environment. I have been waiting for a call from them for a very long time. Now Robillard told me that they would contact Canada Post on my behalf to hold them responsible for my hearing loss and to this day I haven't heard a peep from them it's been almost a year and a half. I don't think I will ever get that call and I gave up on them.

A special shoutout to Sarah from the Kanata location...I just met with her for the first time and honestly she is fantastic. I have had ear and hearing challenges my entire life so have quite a lot to compare to....she is the best I have experienced without question! Keep doing what you are doing Sarah, you are changing lives.

Absolutely amazing service! I was in excruciating pain all week coming from my right ear and got no help at medical clinics where I waited for hours and no doctors were able to help me. Even at the hospital in emergency I was kept waiting for hours only to be sent home without any help from the doctors who had no clue what to do. I was lucky to have gotten in touch with Julia who not only fit me in to her schedule but was also kind, caring, and extremely knowledgable. She knew exactly what to do and was able to fix my problem in minutes. Really thankful for the help! I highly recommend this place!
