People I met are very hard working and pleasant and warranty is good, though it did not work for me. i purchased hearing aids for both ears. left ear was no problem, but they could not make right ear fit properly. unit was sent back 4 to 5 times, with write up and picture, but whatever came back did not fit. after getting fed up i told brian now that is enough. After about 2 years or so, right ear hearing aid fell off but i was told that there is no warranty left for that and i will have to buy a new one. i believe as it was within 3 years warranty, it should have been replaced. may be the company can answer that . mohinder
