A professional, friendly experience! Shimon was so patient and easy to talk to. He answered any questions we had and made this such a positive experience! Highly recommend going here. Thanks Shimon!

I live in Ottawa and needed help for an older relative of mine to be fit with hearing aids. I was referred to the owner Shimon by word of mouth and was told "He is down to earth and an incredibly nice guy." After talking to him for just 2 minutes I understood this comment. My relative went to see him and he couldn't be happier! He even said verbatim "He is such a nice guy!" I hope I can help Shimon out in the future how he has helped my family. Thank You!
